How Do I Join Your Classes?

At the moment, all my classes are available online live via Zoom only. If you are on the Monthly Unlimited pass, you will receive the Zoom links for all my classes, as well as access to the folder of that month's class recordings. You will have access to those class recordings for an entire month.If you are on a Single- or 10-Session pass, please email at lydiasyl(at)gmail(dot)com me to request for the Zoom link at least 2 hours before class starts. One session pass will be deducted from you. If you'd like a class recording, send a request via email. Access to those class recordings are granted for 72 hours only.On-site classes will be made available once my studio space is ready. So stay tuned for updates.

Yoga DrillsThis is a HIIT-style drills class that helps build the foundations for inversions and arm balances. These classes bring the heat - you’ll sweat, breathe hard, and leave feeling stronger than you arrived.Vinyasa YogaEach flow has a different focus - sometimes we're building toward a signature pose like Crow or Pincha, other times we're simply moving to match the mood. Whatever the theme, expect purposeful movement, playful challenges, and to leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and a little lighter than when you walked in.Asana of the MonthThis is a skills-focused class, so think of this as your yoga playground. Every great pose starts with great foundations, so we'll break the pose down into bite-sized pieces which you can build upon week after week. Come ready to explore, experiment, and develop the strength, mobility, and confidence that make challenging asanas feel achievable.All classes are 30-minutes long.

I offer private coaching for students who are committed to making meaningful progress.Rather than offering occasional private lessons, I coach through a structured program of 3 sessions per week over one month.
